Here’s to this year’s wins, both big and small

Here’s to this year’s wins, both big and small

And just like that, another year is wrapping up. Isn’t it wild how time feels slow when you’re in the middle of it, but then you blink, and it’s December?

Maybe it wasn’t the year you imagined, or maybe it was (but with a few extra curve balls thrown in for good measure). Either way, you made it, and that’s worth celebrating.

Sometimes the biggest win is just getting through the day. Maybe you didn’t climb any physical or metaphorical mountains this year, but you kept going.

You showed up for the people who needed you. You made it through the tough stuff. And somewhere in the middle of it all, there were small moments – maybe even tiny ones – that made it all worthwhile.

The end of the year is often a time for reflection, and it’s easy to get caught up in what didn’t go to plan. But when you really take the time to think about the year that was, we can guarantee there will always be something to be grateful for…

Like that phone call from a friend when you really needed it. A cuddle from your pet. The barista who finally remembered your coffee order. The stranger who held the door when your hands were full. The colleague who checked in to see how you were doing, just because.

Gratitude doesn’t mean you ignore the hard stuff, but rather it allows you to notice the good that exists alongside it. And when you look for it, it’s always there.

And here’s the best part about gratitude: the more you notice it, the more it grows. It’s a little ripple effect that makes everything feel a bit lighter, even when life’s heavy.

So, as this year wraps up, give yourself permission to slow down. To look back, not with regret, but with curiosity and compassion. To celebrate the little wins, the small moments of joy, and the ways you kept moving forward.

Here’s to a new year! You never know what’s in store… and life can be truly magical in ways we never expect.

Finally, a big thank you for coming along with us on this wild, Nakie ride. We appreciate you all, and we’re so grateful for each and every one of you.

We can’t wait to see where 2025 takes us.

With love,
Nakie HQ
